I made this denim cuffed shorts from an old pair of jeans. It's easy and economical. I am sure that you have too an old pair of jeans that you don't like to wear anymore, for some reason and also that you want new shorts (they are never enough!). Cut off, after measure your pants and leave space to turn into revers. Then iron to keep revers there and voila your new shorts are ready to wear!
